[ic] CenPOS gateway

This is a longshot, but has anyone had any experience integrating Interchange
with CenPOS? I believe it is not at the gateway level, i.e. it works with
Nova and others to use something like AuthorizeNet, but if anyone has any
experience I would appreciate sharing.
