Today, the next Interchange meeting is scheduled to
take place on #interchange IRC channel at chat.freenode.net.

We start to review the changes of last two weeks and possibly add
documentation for them:

Syslog, max_matches and bugfix for #268.

The primary goal now is fixing the remaining UTF-8 problems
for the 5.8.0 release.

Let's continue with the following four:

#331: Embedded Perl Encode::Alias problem
#255: Encoding of mail headers
#304: Encode mime_name method missing in Encode < 2.21
#315: Error with UTF-8 characters in files included from catalog.cfg

A small selection of bugs which would be nice to fix before the
5.8.0 release:

#330: Robots
#328: MV_SESSION_ID broken with IPv6
#313: Stock message mismatch in standard catalog
#299: timed-build and discount tag
#247: Autoload Subroutine cannot call other subroutine

In addition we would like to repair the Interchange Wiki (#326) and
look at updating the payment modules provided by Lyn St. George
on http://kiwi.zolotek.net/ inside Interchange.

Of course you can show up at the meeting and bring up any additional
topic you are interested in.

Even if you don't feel like hacking Interchange, please show up at the
meeting. You can still help with providing feedback, make suggestions
for improving the documentation and testing Interchange.

Last but not least I propose to allow everyone to open bug reports in the
public queues of RT.

The meeting will take place on Tuesday, November 24th, or Wednesday,
November 25th, depending on your time zone. Please check this site for
the meeting time in your area.

If you don't already have an IRC client set up, you can use the Freenode
web IRC client (after login use the white line on the bottom for typing
your messages).

We look forward to seeing you on #interchange!
