[ic] Problem with options not showing in orders fixed.

If you are having problems with options not showing up in order reports,
or in the receipt.html page or on the customer receipt in the standard
demo, this is a known issue which has now been fixed in git HEAD.

Please note that upgrading the Interchange core will not fix this issue
since it is in the standard demo code, *not* the core code.  Attached is
a patch which should fix the problem.  You will need to apply the patch
from your catalog directory with the -p3 flag (patch -p3 <
/path/to/missing_options.patch).

Please note that if you have set or changed the OptionsEnable directive
to use a field other than option_type you will need to make the
appropriate change after patching these files.
