[ic] CGI mapping error with TolerateGet and multipart/form-data

Hello,

Recently I enabled TolerateGet in interchange.cfg to support one of my 
catalogs with a payment processor which needs this setting.

I now get an ISE on one my other catalogs with an upload form:

<form action="[process href="admin/order_upload"]" method="POST" 
ENCTYPE="multipart/form-data">
<input type=hidden name=mv_session_id value="[data session id]">

The error message in the global error log is:

multipart/form-data sent incorrectly:
