Sam - good idea... I did, no change..

Everything else in the site works. Also, no complains in error.log. I do have all protections set to the catalog where interchange
is the file owner and group with proper rw permissions.

Let me say this, I have plenty of other catalogs on the same box, after all, being an ISP helps :). It's CentOS 4.8 and the system
runs both 5.4.3 and 5.6 interchange shops.

IC answer above, PERL is 
# /usr/local/bin/perl -v

This is perl, v5.8.8 built for i686-linux

MySQL 4.1.22

Nope... I know better :) ... I wanted to just get the shop moved over on the exact same IC version as it was before.

Rick - I have. The issue was the server it was on did not really let me get the four areas cleanly (namely, catalog was crippled
and I feel like did not get all the parts from the other hosting company, or some are hidden inside of the Exim's virtual server).

So, back to the drawing board...
