[ic] Menu editor error when try to publish

I'm working to update a interchange 5.2.0 to 5.7.4 and everything is running 
ok
except when I try to edit a catalog menu in UI menu editor, when I click at 
publish there is an error 500 the info in error.log is:


Died in server spawn: read: closed 
at /home/interch/interchange/lib/Vend/Server.pm line 770


I think perhaps is a permission issue, but the permissions in ~/include/menus
are ok.

Any Idea ??
