It's not so bad.  I added the following to my apache2 config to fix
some SSL issues:

SSLProtocol all -SSLv2
SSLCipherSuite ALL:!ADH:!EXPORT56:RC4+RSA:+HIGH:+MEDIUM:-LOW:-SSLv2:-EXP:-eNULL
