[ic] Filter doesn't interpolate by default? Wha...?

I am having a hard time understanding my thinking about that
too. Of course you can easily fix it in catalog.cfg or interchange.cfg:

	UserTag  filter   Interpolate  1
	UserTag  filter   NoReparse    1
