I do not have an answer but I do know that FedEx is converting to a new interface.I don't believe the old modules that had been available via IC will work after the change which I believe is/was scheduled for May 31 2012.I briefly looked at the new interface and didn't want to expend the time converting.You might want to contact FedEx tech support.One option you could consider is making a static rate table which was once available from fedex.com
