[ic] Random errors

Hello,

I've started getting complaints on one of my IC carts that users are saying they cannot add their 
item to the cart - they get a blank page when doing so.  In looking through the logs, I see no 
errors in apache, but I do see a hint of something in the error.log from IC:

The odd thing is that I cannot seem to be able to replicate this. It does happen perhaps an average 
of once per day.

Another thing that is odd is that next_step.html is -not- a file inside pages/ord.  It *might* be 
happening when going from non-secure to secure, but I've tested that with all sorts of browsers, and 
it always works for me.

Anyone have suggestions on what to look at or do?
