[ic] Free Item - No Payment Module

I am attempting to use interchange for free event registration in an existing ic 5.7 website.  What I would like to do is if an item is at a price of 0.00 or perhaps flagged in products as a free item.  Allow the user to enter all of the regular billing details but not have to submit a payment just hit the buy now button.  I'm wondering if anyone has written a free/no payment module that would allow this type of transaction.  I would have these items isolated so that users could not mix and match free and non free items for simplicity's sake.
