No, it has to match exactly what is in the undefined catalog error he's
getting, it does which is why I was suspecting that the catalog wasn't
being started, but it is.  I can only conclude that for some reason IC
doesn't like the "~" character.  Try escaping the "~" character with %7e
instead.  I have no idea if it will work, but it's worth a try.
