[ic] IC6 Database compatibility

The suggestion is that IC6 would support Postgresql and MySQL (with InnoDB)
out of the box. This should also cover MariaDB and Percona which are
compatible.

SQLite users will have to wait, since it's rarely used in production it
won't be supported for now.

If someone has any objections or ideas, please speak up now, before it's
too late :)
