I would definitely recommend Braintree:

There is a Business::OnlinePayment::Braintree payment module which works great:

I could go on and on about them.  My old processor was giving me heart
palpitations.  The only thing about Braintree is they were recently
bought by eBay (PayPal) which really disappointed me.  No changes to
the service yet though.
