[ic] Moving sessions from Storable to DBI

We are working on changing the session storage type for a few projects, thus Marco
wrote a script to moving the existing session files to DBI in order to lower
service disruption for customers by the migration.

The script is in eg/ directory and isn't fully tested yet, but it might be still
useful:
