[ic] BAD ROBOT Block - Odd behaviour

[IC]

Having a bit of an issue with IC (5.6.3) blocking Googlebot, in the log I
see the bad robot warning but it doesn't show the number of accesses, just
the message below and in the apache log there is no bad behaviour, I think
it may be being triggered by pages that are 301 moved, any idea how to stop
this, its causing havoc..

WARNING: POSSIBLE BAD ROBOT.  accesses with no 30 second pause
