[mv] Random like rotate

Hi, i want to know if there is any way to make random work with options
like rotate, i mean rotate had two optional arguments, so i would
be nice that random have it too, don't think so?
[rotate floor=``n'' ceiling=``n''] 

So if i use random can i do something like this?
