Actually I am working in just that case with a client in London right now. We
have the Interchange server & catalogs installed in his home directory and the
HTML files off of his Apache directory. It all depends on your ISP. Some do some
don't. You just need to find a MV/IC friendly ISP.
By the way if you need one, we can arrange it for you as well.
