[ic] merchant gateway and hosting questions

Hello Everyone,

I'm a potential interchange user.  I did search the archives before posting these questions, but I didn't find the answers I was looking for.  My apologies if either of these (especially the hosting one) are redundant to this list.

1. I currently use Charge.com's merchant gateway, which is provided though a company called Network One Financial (http://www.eftsecure.com/).  They have an out of the box shopping cart system that I currently use on my site (http://www.rdcshop.com).  However, they claim that 

"The eForms Connectivity method provides processing by interacting directly with the Gateway in accordance with the latest Bankcard Specification. By adding an additional environment variable, M_returnurl, the Gateway can be instructed to re-direct to a script / handler on your web domain. The eForms toolkit provides additional technical information, sample .asp and perl scripts, etc.
"

I guess my question is, can I tie this into Interchage?

2.  I would think that finding a share hosting environment that permits custom daemons is not an easy task.  Presumably, there are hosts out there who already have the latest version of Interchange installed and ready to go.  I would greatly appreciate if if someone could pass the names of some of these hosts my way.
