[ic] How to remove the "Powered by Akopia" image in the bottom ?

I must be in a grumpy mood.  Seems like I'm doing a lot of flaming
lately. Stefan, I'm not really picking on you.  This was just a good
example of something I wanted to comment on.

Anyway, a while back we had a thread about what's IC's target
audience.  I don't think I ever heard a good summary from anyone "in
the know".  Are we going to be targeting people who don't know html or
perl?  There were two responces to this question like this.  Just
replace the image.  This is, of course, not the right solution.  Edit
the template pages.  Remove the <img> tag.

Even with the state of the docs that are currently available, it
doesn't seem like it would take very long to figure out how to edit
the templates.  Plus, a little "grep -r poweredby *" in the catalog
directory would show something up.

Don't mind me.  Like I said, I'm feeling pretty grumpy lately.  I'll
snap out of it soon.
