[ic] CyberCash MCKencrypt & MCKdecrypt On RH v7.x

Never fails... Post a question and 5 mins later, solve the problem...

I dug around and found this:

http://rpmfind.net/linux/RPM/engarde/1.0.1/i386/AllCommerce-new-store-1.0.4.
1-1.0.22.noarch.html

As you can see from the file list, the rpm contains MCKencrypt and
MCKdecrypt... Not sure how they can call it a noarch in that case, but
nonetheless, those binaries work on RH v7.3.
