[ic] Discount based on the order value

If a store want to give 5% discount on total order greater that $100, 10% greater than $200 and 20% greater than  $300, how should I implement that?
I know I can discount on a item, or on the items in a particular page, but I have not figure out how to
discount based on the total order volumn.
