[ic] Shipping Options Disappeared in Latest CVS of IC???

It is supposed to be at Administration->Commerce, but I can see
that there is no third_menu entry on the Tax page which should
have it.

Gives me a chance to illustrate setting page properties in 
the new metadata system....

	1. Go to Administration->Commerce. You should see
	   the tax setup at admin/tax.

    2. Click the wrench icon to the left of the interior
       page title. This sends you to the Page properties
       editor for admin/tax.

	3. Select the Menus tab, and put "Commerce" in the
       third menu box.

	4. Click OK.

At that point, there should be third-level tabs that link
to the Shipping editor.

I think I will also add it to the Miscellaneous page.

	1. Click on the Miscellaneous tab.

    2. Select the [edit] link at the bottom.

	3. Add the commerce entry links you want.

	4. Publish it.
