[ic] Suggested OS, Apache, IC Combinations

I've been doing this since Minivend 3.x.  I'm doing an
upgrade and am looking for feedback as to what is
running well, and not so well with IC.
 
What's playing well with IC these days IC wise?  The
page mentions RH 7.2 (which seems a bit on the old
side).  I'm looking at RH 8.0.  Anyone have any
experience with this?  Anything not work well?  (x86)

What about web server.  Seems like Apache with
Mod_perl is pretty standard these days.  1.x or 2.x?
