Noone is _accusing_ cPanel. Its just that with a cPanel install, your host
should be supporting you. They take your money, we don't.

And while I'm ranting, look at the version cPanel includes. We are currently
on 4.9.7 and the version of 4.9 that ICDEVGROUP considered most suitable for
production use was  4.9.6. You are running a development version almost four
months old.

Normal service now resumes..
