[ic] Test credit card number changes?

Speaking of payment modules...

Ran into a funny thing with SurePay yesterday, with transactions that
should be valid getting declined. They advised that "the credit card
companies have changed the test number to 4012 0000 3333 0026", rather
than the familiar 4111 1111 1111 1111.

I'm not sure if this is applicable to other gateways, but SurePay seemed
to indicate that it was. (Apologies if this has already come up, but it
seems to have been a recent change).

Just in case anyone else was having a similar problem.
