[ic] Perl @INC settings

First thanks to Mike Heins & Kevin Old for their help and
responses!

I am not familiar with perl's setup. the search path for
perl is not
completely correct and I would like to change it. Can some
one tell 
me how to change perl's search path in @INC? I think I have
seen the
answer in list but can find it now. It would be much
appreciated if
someone could make my life much easier and provide answer or
link to
list entry!

Redhat 8.0 perl 5.8 from tar Interchange 4.9.9
