[ic] no email receipt

After setting up interchange, I can now get an email receipt as a
customer.  However, there is no email receipt sent to the Merchant email
account.  Anyone can tell me where to look?  Thanks for your help.  BTW,
I am using the latest interchange- 5.1.1
