[ic] UI user permission

Hi all,

One of my customers want to put external HTML link in the description field of 
some items.
As "super user" I cant put a link like <a href="http://somewhere.com>Click 
here</a>.

My customer has a restricted access to the Admin UI, when he try, the field is 
filtered before DB update.
There is no defined filter in the metadata for this field.

How can I change this filter ? 
Is this a permission issue (in yes_functions, somewhere else) ?
