[ic] Shipping tag refresh

Hi list,

In my 5.2 catalog, I have [shipping widget=select] on the Checkout  
page. How can I make this do a refresh, like the country selector?

The country selector is not a tag, so you can do the submit: <select  
name="country" onchange="this.form.submit()">. But how can you do  
this with a tag, or do I need to somehow break it apart like the  
country selector?
