Long time no see

IC 5.5 and I can reproduce this on Demo, and believe it is a bug unless I
am looking at things wrong.

On shipping.html, if one fills in address2 and omits a required field, like
email, or zip, the screen will come back with correct error notice, however
address2 value was not saved. This results in the user seeing the red
"error" and possibly not noticing that their "address2" got erased.

Setting address2 to required in COMMON_ORDER_PROFILE (catalog.cfg) remedies
this, but has the side affect of requiring it 8-)
