[ic] PriceField, Matrix options, more info

I had written that the option pulldown displays the price incorrectly with
Config->{PriceField} and Matrix options, but actually everything with
Matrox options and PriceField is not working.  Adding them to the cart
does not use the correct PriceFIeld value either.  If anyone wants to
propose a price to fix this I can propose it on to my customer.
