In order to make the distributor discount work on all qty price breaks, is
it necessary have each wx listed in the pricing statements below that are
in the catalog.cfg file? Also, if I need more than one distributor
discount, can that be defined in catalog.cfg if I add another field to the
product table? ver 5.6.1
