I've had experience with this, unfortunately i can't share the code
since it's very customized, but I can tell you what's the logic behind it.
You create a table (bundles) containing 2 columns
sku | bundle_sku
Then you add bundles as normal products in products table. If you want
to create prices automatically, you can write a simple IC job to do it,
otherwise you enter them manually. On the flypage, you can then display
what this bundle is made of etc.
