In that case, try this in catalog.cfg (or wherever you define the
actionmap):

AutoLoad <<EOA
[perl cat2][/perl]
EOA

... It should work but it will result in cat2 being pre-loaded for
everything.  This shouldn't have any significant impact on performance,
though.
