I'm getting access to the individual values in payment_result this way:

$Session->{payment_result}{MStatus} });
$payment_status =~ s/^\s+|\s+$//g;
$payment_status =~ s/'//g;
$Scratch->{payment_status} = $payment_status;
[/perl]
The =~ stuff is necessary because each of the payment_result values
come encapsulated in single-quotes and with a trailing line-break.
