To ensure the customer gets their email at checkout time, you need to
make sure you have a input field on the checkout page called
email_copy.  I normally set this as a hidden field to ensure the
receipts get emailed out.  If you look at the etc/mail_receipt file,
it's normally wrapped in a [if value email_copy] [/if].
