[ic] IC 5.6.1& Admin bugs. :(

Hi IC users,

I've got some stange behavior in IC admin, i can't figure why.
Sometimes, when i clic on an admin link, i can reach an error page, or a 
random page of my site !
If i want to add a new product (with file upload input for images), 
suddendly I get "Internal Server Error", but not alway, retry can pass 
or made same error.

Did someone notice this ?

All was OK for years, i've changed serveur few weeks ago but didn't 
notice any error at that time.

Perl -v :
This is perl, v5.8.6 built for i686-linux (build by me)

OS : CentOS 5.2 32 bits

Apache : 1.3
Mod_interchange : 1.33
