Hi Gert!

Long time no see!

Grepping through the ic-source, there is no such setting as 
GDBM_ENABLE_UTF8. The only ENABLE_UTF8 i found in the source was 
MYSQL_ENABLE_UTF8 and PG_ENABLE_UTF8..
