[mv] Interchange-4.5.5 invalid man page pod/mvtags.pod

This is the only page that fails on my system. It failed on the pervious
version too. I thought I had better mention this.

/usr/local/bin/pod2man: Invalid man page - no documentation in
pod/mvtags.pod Couldn't install blib/man3/mvtags.8
