To start with you have to understand MV / IC. The file exists. Do you have root access? Sounds
like you do not understand how MV / IC are designed to work. They are essentially server
tools/services that server owners offer to end users. If you do not have root access to the
machine then I suggest downloading the proper rpm file and asking the server admin to install.
There is a daemon involved here and many admins will not allow you to just run around there
machine spawning processes :) If you do not have root access you can download an version of MV
like 3.14 and install in your home directory. It will run and install from there.
